A lightweight campaign workspace for tables that want clarity, not another heavyweight VTT.
RPGCaddy is an online campaign workspace for tabletop RPGs, and a subsidiary of Genetix Development. It is built for in-person and hybrid tables that want one clear place for the campaign — not another virtual tabletop. Run Shadowdark, another published system, a mash-up, or homebrew. The desk, party tools, and prep stay the same from table to table.
Game Masters get a GM Desk for the campaign: player characters and party info, NPCs, locations, factions, quests, sessions, encounters, notes, maps, and a File Hub for handouts. A compendium sits next to that prep — monsters, spells, items, magic items, and roll tables — plus a dice roller in the same shell so a quick check does not need a second app.
Players get their own Player Overview: campaigns they belong to, characters they can see, friends, and shared notes, without sitting in the GM’s prep screens. One account can join or run more than one campaign. Membership and visibility stay with the table, so the party sees what you share and GM-only material stays off the player-facing pages.
You can start on a free Commoner seat and still open the desk, campaigns, and the core prep tools. Paid plans (Adventurer through Ascendant) add more storage and higher-tier tools such as campaign shops. The point is simple: less digging through chats and leftover docs, more time at the table.
